It is with pride that I endorse Rob Curnock for Congress from District 17.
 
I have had many opportunities to personally discuss with Rob the issues affecting our district and our nation.  We must get past the idea that we elect a congressman simply to "bring home the bacon."  We need representatives that understand that we are truly "one nation, under God", not a conglomeration of districts with each representative responsible solely to those who voted him into office.  Although Rob will represent this district well, I feel his higher calling is a strong, safe America.  Maybe with Rob's help, we can actually change the tide of Americans' requesting earmarks for their districts and, instead, think of America first.
 
When asked to describe Rob Curnock I have three simple points:
 
     1.  Smaller government
     2.  Less taxes
     3.  Less spending
 
Wouldn't it be nice if we could describe all other "conservative" candidates in that same manner.
 
I believe that Rob will be our next congressman from District 17 but, more importantly, I hope he will remain my friend long after his political days are over.
