The Rob Curnock for Congress campaign today announced the opening of campaign headquarters offices in Waco and Burleson. The campaign also plans to open an office in the Bryan/College Station area and in Granbury soon.

“We are grateful for the donation of office space provided by supporters in Waco and Burleson, which will be very important as we move into 2010,” Curnock said. “Our campaign is gaining more momentum every day. Opening these offices is a key part of our outreach efforts to meet voters throughout all 12 counties of the District.”

The Waco office is located at 205 Crossroads West Center, at the corner of Hewitt Drive and Highway 84. An open house is planned for 6-8 p.m. Monday, Dec. 21.

The Burleson office is at 225 Exchange, behind Braum’s and next to Sammy’s Restaurant. The office will be open in early January, and a grand opening is planned for Monday, Jan. 11.

Curnock, the 2008 Republican candidate for Congress in District 17, came within a few percentage points of upsetting a longtime liberal Democrat congressman, who outspent the Republican by almost $2 million in the race. Curnock’s 2010 campaign is already well under way, buoyed by wide support from grassroots volunteers across the District.
