Hubbard Town Hall-POSTPONED
Sep 20th, 2009 | By ecampaign | Category: EventsThis event has been postponed, and will be rescheduled at a later date.
Rob Curnock, Republican candidate for Congress in District 17, will participate in a Town Hall discussion at 6 pm Monday, Sept. 21, in at City Hall in Hubbard.
“Town hall meetings are a great way to hear from Central Texans about issues that are important to them,” Curnock said. “I look forward to listening to the people of Hubbard and the surrounding areas and working together with them to address some of the real problems we are facing in Washington.”
Curnock, the 2008 Republican candidate for Congress in District 17, came within a few percentage points of upsetting a longtime liberal Democrat congressman, who outspent the Republican by almost $2 million in the race. Curnock’s 2010 campaign is already well underway, buoyed by wide support from grassroots volunteers across the District.
The Hubbard City Hall is at 118 N. Magnolia in Hubbard. Directions are available online.
