Rob Curnock, Republican candidate for Congress in District 17, will join the people of Bremond for the Bremond Polish Day Festival Parade, at 10:30 am Saturday, June 27, 2009.

“I’m looking forward to joining the people of Bremond and Robertson County to celebrate the culture and heritage brought to this area by Polish immigrants in the 1800s,” Curnock said.

Curnock, the 2008 Republican candidate for Congress in District 17, came within a few percentage points of upsetting a longtime liberal Democrat congressman, who outspent the Republican by almost $2 million in the race. Curnock’s 2010 campaign is already well underway, buoyed by wide support from grassroots volunteers across the District.
